Focusing to Learn (FTL) was established in 2019 to strengthen the systems that support children, families, and the professionals who care for them. With more than 17 years of combined expertise across early education, residential childcare, program operations, and federal grant management, FTL brings a deep understanding of what effective, sustainable, child-centered programs need to thrive.
